When you request the free AI Business Visibility Report or schedule a discovery call, we collect the information you provide in the form: contact name, email, role, business name, sector, location, website details, and any pain points you describe. We do not collect payment information through this site.
Submitted information is used to review your request, prepare and deliver the report, schedule and conduct calls you book, and follow up about the service you requested. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your information is processed by the service providers that operate this site and deliver our services: HighLevel (GoHighLevel) processes form submissions, stores contact records in our CRM, sends confirmation and delivery emails, and hosts the booking calendar. Cloudflare hosts and serves the website and supports preparation of the report. Google provides web fonts for this site and Google Meet for scheduled calls.
These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the services described above and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.
We retain submitted information for as long as needed to deliver the service and maintain our business records. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@secondshiftlabs.ai.
