This site offers two free services: the AI Business Visibility Report and a 45-minute discovery call. Both are provided at no cost and without obligation. Paid assessments are separate engagements governed by a written agreement signed by both parties, not by these terms.
The report, calls, and site content are general business information based on what is observable at the time of review. They are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and they are not a guarantee of business results, search rankings, or AI visibility outcomes. Decisions you make based on them are your own.
When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to request the service for the business you name. Handling of submitted information is described in the Privacy Policy.
The content of this site and of any report we deliver belongs to Second Shift Labs, LLC. You may use a report internally within your business; you may not resell it or republish it as your own work.
The site and free services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Shift Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the free services, and its total liability related to them will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
